On June 1st, 2017, Wellness Workshop HQ centre will open to the public!
Wellness Workshop HQ is happy to offer you a unique blend of mind-body healing therapies: Counselling and Restorative Yoga therapy. These two therapeutic disciplines not only complement each other but they are also compatible with any other treatment modality including the mainstream health care systems.
Are you suffering from chronic aches & pain due to illness, injuries or lifestyle habits? Do you feel frustrated and exhausted due to relationship &/or parenting issues? Are you coping with difficulty with depression, grief & loss? Do you feel hard to control your emotions like anger, challenging to control your anger, stress & anxieties?
Counselling will help you with tuning your thought processes to develop a positive, optimistic healing mindset; while restorative Yoga will help you relax, rejuvenate and realign your mind-body energy system. Together, these approaches will help you regain your health and vitality, so that you live a more meaningful, happier and joyful life.
Wellness Workshop HQ is also offering selected workshops to help you regain and maintain your well-being. The Wellness Workshop Series include one hour sessions of gentle Yoga, Guiding Meditation, Laughter Yoga, Dance Movement, Mantra Recitation and Yoga Mudras.

“Purnima facilitated a session of Laughter Yoga with a group of over 50 people. She captivated the audience with her interactive and dynamic session, keeping people engaged during the entire time. Her session was accessible to everyone, and she was mindful to suggest modifications for those who needed it….I received plenty of positive feedback from those in attendance right after the session. I found Purnima to be extremely easy to work with.”
