As you all may know, seasons affect our moods. While a warm summer day helps to lift our spirits and we feel joyful & happier, a cold dull & rainy winter day may make us feel miserable and unhappy.

To help uplift your moods and spirits this winter, invite the popular Laughter Yoga Fusion workshop to your workplace, school, college or community. Come, join me in this empowering and experiential session where we shall laugh, dance, breathe right and meditate, and not to forget, indulge in some powerful positive & healing visualizations and affirmations. Reduction of aches and pains are a side-bonus!

Initial Phone Consultation: 15 minutes (Free)

First Appointment:

90 minutes- $110 

Next sessions:

75 minutes- $90

Laughter Yoga Fusion Package Plan A (Individual):

3 sessions – 90 minute – $225

5 sessions – 90 minute – $375

10 sessions – 90 minute – $700

Semi-Private Laughter Yoga Fusion Session:

Initial Phone Consultation: 15 minutes (Free)

First Appointment:

90 minutes- $50 per person (3 person minimum)

Next sessions:

75 minutes- $40 per person

Laughter Yoga Fusion Package Plan B (Group):

3 sessions – 90 minute – $120 per person

5 sessions – 90 minute – $200 per person

Cancellation or No Show:

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session. Otherwise you will be charged in full for that session.

TIPS

Wear loose clothing for easy non-strenuous movements.

Bring your own water bottle and a yoga mat if you wish (for meditation)

No Yoga postures, only a few yogic deep breathing, and stretches that are done standing

Meditation can be done on your mat or on a chair (provided)
