An absolute, all-time-favourite treat, and one of the many reasons that make (East) Indian food one of the most popular cuisines across the globe. Yes, my friends, we are talking about Butter Chicken!

Butter Chicken is a rich and creamy curried dish from northern India. Cooked with succulent pieces of boneless chicken cooked in a smooth, velvety, freshly made gravy/sauce with onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, butter, cream and selected aromatic spices. This recipe is well tested and perfected to mild hotness and have always received fantastic feedback from family, friends and guests.
