Welcome to the World of Flexibility!
The Gentle Yoga for Flexibility session includes correcting your posture, Pranayama (intentional breath work), gentle stretching, twisting, lengthening and strengthening of your body and is concluded with a relaxing guided meditation. This may help reduce some chronic stiffness of your joints, neck & shoulder pains and/or recurring backaches. You will definitely feel agile and supple with a deep sense of calmness within!
Apart from the physical flexibility, you will also gain insights to change your habitual stress-increasing (mind stiffening) thought patterns, replacing them with positive, healing thoughts to soften and unknotting your mind matters.
Practicing gentle yoga regularly you will feel peaceful and well-rested in a relaxed mind & body. Gentle Yoga for Flexibility is open for beginners, seniors and those who haven’t practised for a while.
Gentle Yoga for Flexibility:
Days: Every Saturday, (Except Oct. 7th)
Time: 7 to 8.30 pm
Group Size: 10 participants only
Charge: $20/session or $150 for 10 sessions
Pre-registration recommended. Payment due while registering.
If you miss any session, you can always attend another workshop, or adjust the payment for an individual 1-on-1 session or be buying anything from the retail corner. Your money never expires.

Please avoid a heavy meal before the yoga session.
Maintain a gap of 2 to 3 hours between a meal and yoga session
Eat light snack if you may, 30 minutes after a yoga session
Vajrasana (diamond pose) is the only asana one could do anytime after having a meal. A few minutes of this asana helps in good digestion.
Each participant is required to sign a Liability Waiver form for the specific services they are obtaining from Wellness Workshop HQ. Please consult your physician prior to obtaining our services.
