An all-time favourite, veggie dish, again from the northern India, MutterPaneer is a scrumptious vegetarian dish made of soft cottage cheese blocks called paneer, which is lightly pan-fried then added to a mildly spiced gravy with green peas, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and few selected dried, aromatic spices.
This recipe is an all-time favourite amongst my family and friends. Perfected to a mild, pleasant hotness with brilliant feedbacks.
