The Yoga for Life-Work Balance is an ongoing Tuesday evening session that will help you Relax, Realign & Restore.
The session includes practising time-tested healing techniques such as; intentional breath work, healthy body postures, relaxing yoga stretches and rejuvenating laughter yoga interspersed with positive visualizations and affirmations. These techniques will help you relieve pain, reduce your anxiety, improve overall energy level, aide better sleep and bring joy and happiness in your life. The improved ability to maintain an enjoyable Life-Work Balance will be the healthy side-effect! 😉
You will receive easy to follow, practical tips on how to ‘BE’ in ‘Yoga” each moment, no matter where you are, maintaining a good balance and stability in life. The sprinkle of carefully selected Yogic philosophy and professional therapeutic mind-body healing tools will help you fine tune your thought process whereby you will feel deeply Relaxed, your energies Realigned & your mind-body balance Restored.
The goal of this session is to provide you with the right tools and experience enabling you to balance beautifully, your career and personal life with natural ease.

Yoga For Life-Work Balance
Days: Every Tuesday
Time: 7 pm to 8.30 pm
Charge: $20/session or $150 for 10 sessions (you can mix-n-match other workshops offered at the centre)
Pre-registration highly recommended. Payment due while registering in person prior to the session.
If you miss any session, you can always attend another workshop, or adjust the payment for an individual 1-on-1 session or the retail corner. Your money never expires.

Please avoid a heavy meal before the yoga session.
Maintain a gap of at least 3 hours between a meal and yoga session
Eat light snack if you may, 30 minutes after a yoga session
If you may, bring your own yoga mat, block & light blanket.
The yoga accessories are also provided at the centre for your use.
Vajrasana (diamond pose) is the only asana one could do anytime after having a meal. A few minutes of this asana helps in good digestion.
Each participant is required to sign a Liability Waiver form for the specific services they are obtaining from Wellness Workshop HQ. Please consult your physician prior to obtaining our services.
